Let customers take your product apart before they call you.
Assembly Atlas turns the STEP assemblies you already have into exploded views where every part is clickable, numbered, and tied to your part numbers, prices and stock. Owners and dealers find the right part themselves, and you get a parts request with nothing to look up.
Your manuals were drawn for the factory, not the person holding the wrench.
Flat PDFs and exploded drawings make customers guess. Assembly Atlas keeps the engineering accuracy and drops the guesswork.
Today PDF + phone
- Customers squint at a scanned diagram and guess which callout is the part they need.
- Support staff look up part numbers by hand, one call at a time.
- Wrong parts get ordered, shipped, and sent back.
- Drawings go stale every time engineering revises the design.
With Assembly Atlas 3D + BOM
- They rotate the real model, open it up step by step, and tap the part.
- Part number, description and price come straight from your BOM.
- The parts request arrives with part numbers and quantities filled in.
- New revision? Upload the new STEP file and review the changes.
From CAD export to published catalog.
No modeling, no redrawing. Assembly Atlas works from the files your engineers already export.
Upload your assembly
Export STEP from SolidWorks, Inventor, Creo, Fusion or any CAD tool, and add your BOM as a CSV. Assembly Atlas reads the real assembly structure, so every part arrives as its own piece.
Review the explode
Assembly Atlas proposes an exploded view: subassemblies first, then bolts pulling out and nuts sliding off. You adjust anything with drag handles, hide confidential internals, and approve it.
Publish where customers look
Embed the catalog on your website, dealer portal or service tablets. It works in any modern browser, including phones in the shop.
Built for parts, not just pretty renders.
Everything in an Assembly Atlas catalog points back to a part someone can order.
Real parts from real CAD
Assemblies, subassemblies and parts come straight from your STEP file, with names intact. Repeated hardware is grouped, so six bolts show as one line with quantity 6.
Step-by-step disassembly
Customers open the product in the order a technician would: major groups first, then the hardware that holds them together.
Your part numbers, linked
Import your BOM once and every part shows its number, description and price. Balloons on the model match the item numbers in the list.
Parts requests that need no lookup
Customers add parts as they find them. Your parts desk receives part numbers, quantities and the machine serial number.
Internals stay private
Mark parts as hidden and they are removed from the published file entirely, so proprietary geometry never reaches a customer's browser.
Nothing goes live unreviewed
Every catalog is approved by a person on your team. Any later edit sends it back to draft until someone checks it again.
Add to cart in your own store
Parts go straight into your Shopify, WooCommerce or BigCommerce cart, or any store with product links. No app to install; your checkout, your customers. Shopify parts catalogs
One parts portal for every model
Search a part number across every catalog and see which models use it. Live prices and stock come from one price list, without republishing.
Dealer pricing and orders
Dealers sign in, see their own prices, and order with a PO number. Dealer prices never reach the public.
The right part for their machine
Customers enter their serial and see the parts that fit it, including earlier versions. Replaced part numbers point to the new part, so nobody orders the old one.
Service kits in one click
Sell service kits, seal kits and recommended spares as one part number, picked out in the model and added to the cart together.
A QR code on every machine
Print QR labels for a run of serial numbers. A technician scans the sticker and lands on that machine’s parts.
Measure, section, dimension
An orientation cube, exact dimensions, hole sizes, section cuts and point-to-point measuring, read straight from your geometry. Nothing is guessed.
Parts manuals and teardown videos
Every catalog prints as a numbered parts manual (PDF) and exports its step-by-step teardown as an MP4 for your site, YouTube or training.
See what customers look for
Which parts people open, search for, can't find, request and add to carts, with the parts missing a price or store id flagged.
Quote CNC parts while the client is still on your page.
The same CAD engine reads a client's STEP file or DXF, measures every part, and prices it from your own rate card. Clients get a range in seconds; you get the file, the specs and a draft quote to confirm.
- Your rates, not oursMachine rate, setup time, markup, minimums and material prices you set in the console. Change them and new estimates follow.
- Every part, measuredSize, weight, stock and material removed for each part in an assembly. Off-the-shelf hardware is left out automatically.
- You stay in charge of the priceEstimates are ranges. You review each request, enter firm prices, and send the reply from the console.
- A link or your websiteSend clients a branded quote link, or put it on your own site. The file only ever goes to you.
